expertise includes Hatha Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga, and Iyengar Yoga
Therapy, particularly for managing chronic conditions and enhancing overall well-being.
She holds an M.Sc. in Yogic Science (Yoga Therapy) from Patanjali University, where she
conducted published research on Yogic Management for Post-COVID Anxiety Patients.
Additionally, she has studied Acupressure and Pranic Healing, enriching her holistic
approach to wellness.
Having worked in Rishikesh, Goa, and Mysore, she has guided international clients and taught
yoga therapy, anatomy, shatkriyas, alignment, and pregnancy yoga in teacher training
programs.
